Is your business on the internet? You should be. Bird Dog & Retriever News in addition to being a great magazine runs the largest hunting and dog site on the internet. Our site is about 3200 pages in size and growing daily. The second largest site is about 50 pages, which is about how many new pages we add each month Why is size important? For several reasons. Why do we go to large shopping malls, museums and libraries, larger means more things to choose from. There are millions of pages on the internet. In fact there are 30,000 new pages going up every week. Most are never seen. And once seen most are never returned to. The reason is very simple. People are always looking for something new, we always have something new.
Our ad rates are some of the cheapest in the market. Our internet/magazine ad rates start at $25 for two months or $75 a year for a 20 word classified ad. That ad goes both in our magazine and on the net. We have a rate card on the back of this sheet.
One of the great things about the internet is the amount of space you can get at a very low cost. Many of our advertisers, after testing the internet waters with us, upgrade from a classified or a display ad to a full brochure size net site with pages of text and 8 pictures for $300 a year. Why? Because being on our Bird Dog & Retriever News site works, and it works great. Call any of our advertisers in the enclosed copy of Bird Dog & Retriever News and ask them what they think about advertising with us on the net. I know they love to talk about the incredible business they have gotten on the net.
One last thing to consider. We are the only hunting publication in which your ad will not only go into print but also on the net. And let's talk about Bird Dog and Retriever News. We are perhaps the most read hunting dog publication in print. None of the other major hunting dog publications have grown noticeably in years and we have. To get our name out we do many mass mailings. Remember most magazines go out to the same subscribers every issue, our readers are different every issue.

If you would like for us to create brochure size net site either enclose your brochure or fill out the enclosed questionnaire (or both) include up to eight pictures and we'll put together a web site and return it to you for your approval. If the questionnaire does not fit your business, answer the ten most asked questions about your business, include some photos and we'll do the rest. And yes, you can advertise multiple things on your web site (dogs & training), its's your site. The total cost of most of our sites is $300 per year, a little more if you want more than eight pictures. You can change your site every other month at no additional costs. Having pups? Put their picture on the net. We have enclosed a few pages of examples of $300 net sites. And $300 means $300. Not $300 plus a couple hundred dollars set-up fees. We'll do the computer stuff, you just need a phone and a place to put the cash.

For only $75 per year, you will get your own 20 word ad with one picture on a page we will set up for you on our site (example), a link to your own page (if you have one) and the same ad will run in the print version of Bird Dog & Retriever News minus the picture.
Larger Display ads are also available to run in the magazine and on the net (example).
For $300 a year we offer a full web page with eight pictures and a page worth of text. You will also be featured in our print publication (example).
For $500 a year we offer a Domain web page (www.YourBusiness.com) With a Domain ad you get up to 25 pictures and 20 pages of text. We will also feature you in a one time full page ad in our print version, with a listing in every issue. (example).
We also offer links for $50 a year which will link you on our web site and give you a listing in our print publication (example).
