Orange Honey Grouse Jubilee Recipe
Split 4 Grouse breasts
6 oz concentrated orange juice
1/2 cup honey
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp onion salt
2 medium chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp ginger
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown
breasts in butter and place in a casserole pan and sprinkle with
onion salt. Saute onion and parsley in skillet, while adding more
butter then add to the casserole dish. Stir remaining ingredients
together in a skillet and bring to a boil.
Pour ingredients ver the breasts, cover
and bake for 1 hour.
