Migratory Bird Hunters must register for Federal Harvest Information Program (HIP)

Hunters that plan on hunting waterfowl and woodcock must sign up for the HIP program. The HIP program help the biologist track the harvest each year and set the seasons and harvest limits accordingly. More information about signing up for HIP will become available soon. Most hunters can sign up for the HIP program when they purchase their small game license.
